Wynwood 25 was completed in 2019 as the first purpose-built apartment rental product to be delivered in Wynwood, Miami which incorporates the tenets of the area’s 2015 rezoning. The complex contains 289 rental apartments with floor-to-ceiling glass, 31,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space, and 340 parking spaces. Ruben Companies provided acquisition financing, preferred equity, and design expertise to the joint venture of Related Group and East End Capital.
