A 400,000 square foot office building rises behind nine historic facades, all sympathetic to the character of the Pennsylvania Avenue Historic District of which it is a part. The property includes street-level retail behind restored historic facades, an eight-theater cinema level below grade, and three levels of parking. Developed by Ruben Companies in 2001, the property received the Washington Business Journal award for best office development in that year. The property was sold in 2006.
